Create First canvas app in Power Apps
Steps to create your first canvas app in Power Apps: Go to the Power Apps website (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/) and sign in with your Microsoft account. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free. Click on the "Create" button in the left-hand menu and select "Canvas app". Choose a blank app or a pre-built template for your canvas app. If you choose a blank app, you will have to build the app from scratch. If you choose a template, you will have a pre-built app that you can customize. Give your app a name and select a screen size.
